Terms of Service

The rules for using the platform, written for placement cells, students and recruiters.

  1. 01Agreement

    By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a college, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

  2. 02Accounts

    • The college's administrator creates and manages accounts for staff, students and recruiters.
    • Each person must keep their login details private. Shared logins are not allowed.
    • The college is responsible for activity under the accounts it creates.

  3. 03Subscriptions and fees

    Plans are priced per final-year student per year and billed annually at the start of the placement season. Fees for Indian institutions are invoiced in rupees with applicable GST.

    If the number of final-year students grows during the year, the difference is billed pro rata. The free drive offered at signup is limited to one complete drive.

  4. 04The college's data

    The college owns all student, staff and drive data on the platform. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing terms. The college can export its data at any time.

  5. 05Accuracy of records

    Eligibility, shortlists and reports are calculated from the data and rules the college and recruiters enter. The college is responsible for verifying academic records and for the rules it sets.

  6. 06AI Resume Coach

    Feedback from the AI Resume Coach is guidance only. Students remain responsible for the content of their resumes and must not include information that is untrue.

  7. 07Recruiters

    Recruiters may use student data only for the drive they were invited to and must not copy, sell or reuse it. Offers and selection decisions are made by recruiters, not by the platform.

  8. 08Availability

    We aim for the platform to be available at all times and schedule maintenance outside peak placement hours. We will give advance notice of planned downtime that could affect a scheduled test or drive.

  9. 09Ending the subscription

    Either side may end the subscription at the end of a billing year. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use policy. On termination, the college may export its data for 60 days, after which it is deleted.

  10. 10Liability

    To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any year is limited to the fees paid by the college for that year. We are not liable for hiring decisions, offer withdrawals or the conduct of recruiters.

  11. 11Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Chhattisgarh.
