What it does
Job description, CTC break-up, locations, bond terms and rounds, all in a form recruiters fill once.
Profiles, approved resumes and test results for the students eligible for their drive.
Move students to the next round. Students are notified and the placement cell sees it live.
Recruiters set panels and slots. Students pick or are assigned a time, with a room or meeting link.
Upload offer letters for selected students. They land in the Offer Tracker and on the student's phone.
The college decides which fields recruiters see, per drive. Personal details stay hidden unless shared.
How it works
Send an invite from the drive. The recruiter sets a password and sees only that drive.
Role details and proposed rules come to the placement officer for approval.
After tests, recruiters shortlist and book interview slots for each panel.
Selections and offer letters go to students and the Offer Tracker together.
Student fairness and responsible AI
No. Recruiter access is included in your college's plan. Recruiters do not need a separate subscription.
Each college invites the recruiter separately and controls its own data. Pooled drives let several colleges share one drive with clear boundaries.
Only if the college allows downloads for that drive. Every download is logged.
