Acceptable Use

A fair placement season depends on everyone playing by the same rules.

  1. 01Colleges and staff

    • Enter academic records accurately and correct errors promptly.
    • Set eligibility rules that are based on academic criteria and the recruiter's stated requirements.
    • Share with recruiters only the student fields needed for the drive.

  2. 02Students

    • Add only true information about your skills, projects and experience.
    • Do not share test questions, use outside help during proctored tests or let someone else take a test for you.
    • Do not upload documents that are altered or belong to someone else.

  3. 03Recruiters

    • Use student data only for the drive you were invited to.
    • Do not contact students outside the platform unless they have shared contact details with you.
    • Do not ask for fees or deposits from students as a condition of an offer.
    • Describe roles, compensation and bond terms accurately.

  4. 04Everyone

    • Do not try to access accounts, drives or data you were not given access to.
    • Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service.
    • Do not use automated tools to scrape the platform.

  5. 05Enforcement

    We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this policy and will inform the college's administrator. Serious misuse, such as test impersonation or fee demands from recruiters, is reported to the college.
